Seasonal working, when the industry is at its’ busiest; usually starts in March/April through to September, with business increasing their staffing to provide for the increase in guests.  Most people who work seasonal can progress on to full time positions, there are also those that like the flexibility that working seasonal and continue to do so year after year.
